⚡ Zero-Queue Expansion

Because the 22 kV line crosses the property, adding capacity means adding on-site transformers — not multi-year external grid works. In a European market with 3–5 year transformer lead times, this is a structural advantage.

Building A — Main Hall

2,000 m² heavy steel construction, 8 m ceiling height, fully energized. Optimized for high-density air-cooled containment or liquid-cooling loops.

Building B — Independent Wing

1,000 m², 5 m ceiling height, independently powered with dedicated transformer infrastructure. Ideal for separating training clusters from latency-sensitive inference nodes.

Office & Operations

200 m² fitted technical office, workshop and living space for on-site staff and NOC operations.

Expansion Land

3,000 m² of level, zoned industrial land — ready for containerized modular deployments, building extensions or battery energy storage (BESS).

Connectivity

4 Tbps active fiber terminated on-site, directly connected to the Norwegian regional backbone. Sub-25 ms to Frankfurt and London.

Monitored alarm systems, fenced industrial zone, on-site staff facilities, and redundant building-level power isolation.

Compute is housed in industrial-grade container modules on our 3,000 m² prepared yard — each unit self-contained with dedicated power feeds from the on-site transformer array.

Free-Air Nordic Cooling

Container modules use filtered outside-air cooling year-round, leveraging average ambient temperatures below 8 °C — with hot-aisle containment and monitored airflow per module.

Fire Detection & Suppression

Modules are equipped with smoke detection, automatic power cut-off, and clean-agent fire suppression, with alarm monitoring via Verisure.

Isolated Power per Module

Each module connects to its own breaker and metering point, fed by the 6 × 1 MW Møre Trafo transformer array — no shared single point of failure.
